Help With Redundancy
For many people redundancy is highly traumatic and rates with bereavement, divorce
and moving house as one of the most stressful situations in life.
To put you at ease, it is important to know that all our career coaches and consultants
have been in the same situation at some point in our careers and we can fully empathise.
However, we are all living proof that redundancy can often become a surprising opportunity
for many people and be the springboard to a new lease of life!
We have an excellent record of successfully supporting people of all levels through
the trauma of redundancy. Helping them to move their careers forward, by taking
on new challenges, whether employed or self employed.
There are five main effects of redundancy, especially if unexpected:
- Shock/ anger – why me?
- Fear of the unknown – can I survive financially?
