We worked closely with SMP Solutions for a number of years for our different Training and Development needs, including specialist Team Coaching and bespoke training courses and workshops. The ‘Practical Management’ programme was a bespoke course which was specifically designed and delivered as a modular Management Development Training Course for aspiring and first line management to meet the changing needs of the organisation. The modular programme was extended, successfully run for a number of years and accredited. SMP Solutions also ran individual modules for us on a needs basis plus a specially designed 1 day taster workshop for new managers. The feedback was always excellent and we developed a great working relationship with Steve, Don and the SMP Solutions team.
