We are delighted to welcome back Sam to the SMP team. She has a wealth of experience working for a Top 100 Company in Sales, Planning and Project management. A qualified Coach with a wide-ranging Coaching and Training skill-set, Sam is passionate about supporting individuals and teams to be more effective in the workplace as well as coaching employees facing redundancy to move forward with their careers and achieve a bright new future. Sam is equally at home enjoying 1:1 Coaching, facilitating Team Awaydays, Outplacement and training workshops.
Dionne is an engaging, experienced Career Coach and Master NLP Practitioner. She has a real passion for helping professionals and executives excel in achieving their career goals or successfully transition their careers, following redundancy. Her expertise includes 1:1 coaching and delivering a wide range of workshops for different aspects of outplacement/career transition. In addition, Dionne enjoys facilitation for team building events and leadership development training.
Lin is a qualified Careers Advisor with a wealth of previous management experience and many years working with Young People. With her personable approach, in- depth knowledge of the education system and expertise providing Young People aged 15 -24 with Careers Advice & Guidance, Lin has achieved great success supporting sons and daughters of busy professionals. Lin provides an invaluable service to demystify and alleviate the stress from the difficult education and career decisions to help your son or daughter formulate then achieve their goals to get the best start in life.
A NLP Master Practitioner (ANLP qualified) using a blend of NLP techniques and coaching, Steve has achieved remarkable results helping people overcome barriers to progression in their career and lives. Confronting negative behaviours, emotions and beliefs by releasing people from their inhibiting fears and phobias to achieve their true potential. Steve is also an experienced Trainer, passionate about employee engagement and a highly analytical and effective Consultant.
Sue is a highly experienced Outplacement Consultant and Career Coach. She has supported hundreds of people at all levels through the trauma of redundancy and into bright new futures in private and public sectors. She previously had highly successful careers in recruitment, sales and training. In addition to 1:1 coaching, Sue loves to facilitate a wide range of workshops for those in transition around new employment, self-employment or retirement in her engaging style.
Shirley has supported hundreds of people through outplacement and career transition. A qualified trainer, Shirley has a passion for helping people find their way forward. With her enthusiastic approach she is equally happy running workshops and coaching individuals. Her previous IT management background and experience running a recruitment business, has given Shirley great insight of the recruitment process and valuable market knowledge.
Constance is a Professional Actress and Public Speaking Consultant with vast experience in this specialist field. She has coached CEOs, VPs, MDs and Senior Management Teams from international businesses and the NHS achieving remarkable results. Her specialisms are speaking dynamically and memorably, Keynote speeches, Interviews and presentations for Senior Executives.
Jane has over 30 years’ experience in projects and is passionate about supporting people in introducing change to their organisations, their teams … and themselves. Using a variety of approaches, Jane helps clients identify clear outcomes, overcome barriers and achieve success. Jane is a qualified Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, an accredited member of both the APM and PMI, where she is also a Project Management mentor.
