Payment
Payment for workshops must be made in advance and special ‘early bird’ discounts may apply as shown on the specific event booking page.

However, late bookers are welcome to join our workshops, subject to availability, using the Google Checkout facility on the booking page.

Cancellation Policy
We aim to be as flexible as possible, however due to commitments on venues the following cancellation charges apply:

Deposits paid on Full Day Workshops are non refundable

28 days or more in advance of workshop – full payment returned or transferred to future event
15-27 days in advance of workshop – 25% cancellation charge applies
8-14 days in advance of workshop – 50% cancellation charge applies
7 days or less in advance of workshop – 100% cancellation charge applies

Venues
Events will be held at the venue specified, or if not specified will be confirmed at least 7 days in advance of the workshop. We reserve the right to change the venue due to circumstances outside of our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible, in these rare eventualities.

Minimum numbers
Events are subject to minimum numbers but we will always endeavour to run workshops on the dates specified.

Cancellation by us 
Events will only be cancelled due to the following reasons:

1) Failure to meet the minimum number requirements
2) Unforeseen circumstances or emergencies

We will endeavour to provide minimum 5 days notice, although this may not always be possible depending on the circumstances.
