  • In light of the massive changes happening in the NHS and the impact on management teams, the majority of events focussed around various aspects of change, planning new projects, reviewing existing and completed projects and ways of improving efficiency, customer service and departmental delivery to meet demanding Trust objectives
  • The events were successful in helping integrate new staff into teams, departmental team working and fostering a spirit of co operation to improve inter – departmental working, helping to improve the overall effectiveness of the Trust
