Our full day career transition workshops are run for people who are well on the
career ladder looking to change career or move up the career ladder
but are unsure how to move forward or achieve their career goals.
Aims
Our aim is to share knowledge, look at your skills, attributes, achievements, values,
mindset and limiting beliefs to help unlock your potential to move you forward in
your career.
The key here is that it is your day and through our range of very focussed activities
and maximising the potential of the group dynamics we will make it as productive
and inspiring for you as possible.
What to expect
Workshops are participative and interactive. These are full day, 7 hour experiences,
where we go on voyages of self-discovery and help you make a clear break-through!
Workshops are small, from three to eight people and are informal with an opportunity
to share with other people your aspirations and experiences. It often happens that
people help you and you help others by sharing knowledge, experiences and introducing
network contacts.

An added extra, we also include follow up time, two half hour 1:1 telephone sessions
for career planning and self-marketing to help you achieve your desired career goal.

You will meet Debbie Smith and Steve Preston, our experienced facilitators and qualified
coaches who will ensure you get the most of of the day.
Investment
The price for the day is only £357.00, which includes vat, lunch,
all refreshments and parking. We also provide a 20 page workbook for you to use
both during the workshop and afterwards to focus on your career development plus
we also include 2 free half hour follow-up telephone coaching sessions!
The workshops run from 0930 – 1630. Our workshops are held only in comfortable and
elegant surroundings to ensure the best possible experience for your day.
We do offer a special early bird £40 reduction for the workshop if you commit
