Understanding your key skills, competencies and strengths and being able to accentuate them is an integral part of your career development and your ability to sell yourself effectively, whatever your career goals.

In this empowering session (2 hours face to face or 1 hour by telephone/ email) we will help establish your true marketability including the following:

• Explore your key skills
• Uncover your ‘hidden’ talents
• Assess your favourite skills and natural talents and how you can use these to your advantage
• Analyse how you have used your skill set in your career and life to date and how you can use your favourite and transferable skills moving forward to find the job or career you really want! 

This session can be run face to face using cue cards to help focus and elimnate a vast range of skills and competencies to hone down to your final favourite selection or by analysis of some of your proudest achievements in both your career and outside of your working life. The latter approach can be used for telephone coaching and also face to face sessions.

In addition, for our executive clients, our specialist executive profiling tools will really help you to uncover many other aspects about yourself and your abilities and how you react to a number of key situations. By understanding this and being able to turn the output to your advantage could make the difference to getting that desired promotion!
