A personality profile delivers a remarkable insight into you, your characteristics and your communication style.  A personality profile gives the opportunity to know who you are, what you can offer and, most importantly, how your managers and your team perceive you.

How does it work?

The profile is in the form of an online questionnaire that takes around 10 minutes to complete. The answers are then analysed and your personality profile is constructed and the output is turned into a 7-8 page report.

We will email this to you so that you can study the report before we discuss it with you.

A professional  de-brief session of up to 40 minutes is then arranged with you by telephone or as part of a Career Planning or Breakthrough Career Development Programme face to face session.

We will help you to use the information from the profile and ensure you have a good understanding of the 3 graphs to help you develop and play to your strengths to establish your next steps and move into the right job or career.
