We have 4 solutions and can tailor a session or sessions to suit your needs taking account of location, time and budget:
1) Winning at Interviews - Face to face Interview Skills Coaching and Practice
Typically a mixture of interview best practice, positive mindset strategies, the 9 'P's winning interview approach and interview skills practice and review - 2 hour session.
2) Winning at Interviews - Telephone Coaching (or Skype)
Condensed (but equally effective) 1 hour session by telephone or up to 2 hours over Skype, with more emphasis on the interview skills practice or focusing on specific questions and aspects of your interview concerns.
3) Winning at Assessment Centres - Face to face Coaching (or Skype)
This session covers assessment centre strategy and tactics, psychological profiling and behaviour monitoring plus individual and group problem solving role play practice. It is available either as an individual session or in conjunction with option 1 as a half day session.
4) Winning at Interviews - 1 day Master class
This is a practical small group session (maximum 8 delegates) for business professionals from junior managers to aspiring senior managers looking to take your next career step to prepare you to win at interviews! Click here for more information
Negotiating the Offer
Having coached you to a winning interview strategy and secured a job offer, we can now add the icing on the cake by helping you negotiate the deal or package that you really want!
This can be an add on to your Breakthrough Career Development Programme or separate Interview Skills Coaching, either as an addition to some face to face sessions or over the telephone, whichever is most suitable.
In this half hour session we will review your offer and the interview feedback and establish your opportunities for negotiation and coach you to help you secure the ideal salary and benefits package for you.
