We use a range of interactive exercises, tools and very specific questioning. This results in a process of self discovery which ultimately paves the way for personal action planning to help you find the job or career you really want. We then keep you focussed and provide invaluable support.

SMP also offer the option of small group workshops, which can be extremely powerful as you have the added dimension of the benefits of the group dynamics and camaraderie from the sharing of experiences. Our range of ‘One Step Beyond’ Career Transition workshops are an alternative approach and are proving extremely successful for many of our clients.
